We are seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of customer service agents, ensuring high levels of performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and tracking job-related processes, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
You will work closely with internal teams to maintain organized records, communicate updates, and support the overall workflow of projects.
You will offer liaison support between different project leaders/departments and provide insight into efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Coordination: Manage job schedules, allocate resources, and track the progress of assignments.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of jobs, clients, and materials.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth job execution.
- Document Management: Organize and store all relevant job documents, reports, and files.
- Support Teams: Provide administrative support to the finance & administration manager, project management and operations teams.
- Customer Liaison: Handle job inquiries and provide updates to clients, if required.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on job progress, delays, and completion status.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum of three [3] years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
